The "Metal Gurus" who are you? -Good Question- They seem to be a Ghost band of funny named artists (IE; Slink & Hipster Looney). Whomever they are they do a splendid job on this T. Rex cover. It is on the CD/EP 1990 release of "Merry Xmas Everybody". Produced by SLADE'S own Noddy Holder & Jimmy Lee
*Update* I was informed by one of the most devoted Bolan fans I know "The Giddy One" Simes that though not mentioned on the sleeve the band is a Glam disguised "The Mission" and that Wayne Hussey's features are visible on the sleeve. Thanks Simes!
